General Pricing

My rate for individual and family (two to ten individuals) portraits and head shots at your residence, place of work or on location, starts at $80 per hour with a minimum booking of 2 hours and an additional $60 per additional hour. For studio sessions there is an additional studio fee of $75 per hour.

My rate for large group portraits is $120 per hour.

My rate for functions and events is $150 per hour.

I do not build travel overhead into my pricing structure. Travel time is charged at $ 20 per hour in 15 minute increments. Mileage is charged at a rate of $ 0.50 per mile for any distance over 10 miles round trip. Should the job require air fare, hotel accommodation and rental car, these charges will be negotiated and will be added to the total cost.

Photographs can then be ordered in various image or package configurations to fit your budget.

Weddings

I have years of experience photographing weddings on two continents. I do both the traditional style wedding photography as well as the photo journalism style. Even in the photo journalism style I strongly recommend that the traditional family group photographs be taken.

~ Basic Package -- $750.00 ~

You get up to 4 hours coverage of the wedding ceremony and the reception. This package includes online proof page of between 250 and 300 un-retouched images from which to choose, 5 10x8 prints of your choice, 10 5x7 prints of your choice and 1 Photo CD/DVD that can be played in most DVD players.

~ Premium Package -- $1,100.00 ~

You get up to 6 hours coverage of the wedding ceremony and the reception. This package includes online proof page of between 400 and 500 un-retouched images from which to choose, 1 14x10 print of your choice, 8 10x8 prints of your choice, 15 5x7 prints of your choice and 1 Photo CD/DVD that can be played in most DVD players.

~ Deluxe Package -- $1,500.00 ~

You get up to 8 hours coverage of the wedding ceremony and the reception. This package includes online proof page of between 500 and 700 un-retouched images from which to choose, 2 14x10 prints of your choice, 12 10x8 prints of your choice, 25 5x7 prints of your choice and 1 Photo CD/DVD that can be played in most DVD players.

Variable pricing on multiple prints is available. To see how this option works download the Order Form to the right an se how the price per print changes as you increase the number of each size ordered. Note that this applies even where you order different photographs but the size of the print is the same.

I offer a number of print package options from which you can choose. The prices quoted apply to a single pose! Multiple poses can be accommodated in a package but this has to be arranged before hand and is dependant on the make up of the package.

Terms and Conditions

Deposits:

To secure the date for functions, events or weddings a 50% deposit is required at time of booking and payment in full before the event.

Cancellations:

Cancellation of your function less than two weeks before the date of the event will render the deposit forfeit.

On cancellation of your function less than two months before the date of the event will result in a return of 50% of your deposit.

On cancellation of your function more than two months before the date of the event will result in a return of 100% of your deposit.
